From Acts 6: 1-7
As long as we have hurting and hungry people we will never lack for an audience. As the church becomes sensitive to the unmet needs in the fellowship, the community, and the world, it will expand its ministries to meet those needs.
Four organizational features of ministry expansion…

- The results in clear and Biblical organization will create ministry expansion.

The church today needs organization for the same reasons as the first fellowship. The better the organization the better the church can meet the needs of the members and thus avoid conflict. And a unified, well-taught church will be a powerful witness to a lost and hurting world.
